These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you access the NANIO marketing website, create an account, or use the NANIO platform.

By accessing or using the website or platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NANIO.

If you use NANIO on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account and workspace information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for managing permissions within your workspace according to your organization's policies.

  • You must have authority to create an account when registering on behalf of a company or team.
  • You must maintain accurate contact, billing, and workspace information where applicable.
  • You must protect account credentials and notify NANIO if you suspect unauthorized access.

Description of the service

NANIO is an AI-assisted marketing intelligence and campaign workflow platform. It helps teams connect brand context, market signals, strategy, content creation, review, and publishing in one workflow.

Features available to you depend on your plan, workspace configuration, connected accounts, and product capabilities at the time of use.

NANIO may improve, add, adjust, or retire features over time as the product evolves.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit, the instructions you provide, and the decisions you make inside your workspace.

You must review AI-assisted outputs before approving, publishing, or relying on them for business, legal, or compliance purposes.

You remain responsible for final approval, publication, and use of content created or assisted through NANIO.

Acceptable use

You may use NANIO only in a lawful, responsible way that respects the rights of others and the integrity of the platform.

You must not misuse the website or platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use NANIO in ways that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or security-threatening.

  • Do not upload, generate, or distribute content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of NANIO systems without authorization.
  • Do not use NANIO to send spam, malware, or other harmful or deceptive material.

Subscriptions and billing

Some NANIO features may require a paid subscription or commercial agreement.

Pricing, billing cycles, payment methods, renewal terms, and any applicable taxes or fees are described in the subscription, order form, or other commercial terms that apply to your workspace.

If a separate commercial agreement applies to your organization, that agreement controls in the event of a conflict with this page on commercial matters.

AI-assisted content and review

NANIO may generate or assist with drafts, summaries, research outputs, campaign materials, and other content using AI and connected data sources.

AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or material that is not suitable for your intended use.

NANIO may provide source-linking, verification, review, and workflow features to support human review, but no AI output is guaranteed to be fully accurate, complete, or appropriate for every use case.

You must review outputs for accuracy, suitability, compliance, and third-party rights before approving or publishing them.

NANIO is designed to keep human review in the workflow. AI-assisted outputs should be reviewed for accuracy, suitability, compliance, and third-party rights before they are approved or published.

User content and intellectual property

You retain responsibility for content, materials, and instructions that you or your team provide to NANIO.

You grant NANIO the rights reasonably needed to host, process, and display workspace content in order to provide the requested service functionality.

NANIO platform software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of NANIO and its licensors.

You must ensure that content you submit or publish through NANIO does not infringe third-party rights.

Third-party services

NANIO may connect to third-party platforms, publishing channels, model providers, analytics tools, and other external services that you choose to enable.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices operated by those providers.

NANIO is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, including their availability, policies, or actions.

Service availability and changes

NANIO aims to provide a reliable website and platform experience, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Maintenance, updates, infrastructure changes, or events outside NANIO's reasonable control may affect access or performance.

NANIO may modify website or platform features to improve security, usability, or product capability.

Suspension and termination

NANIO may suspend or restrict access if necessary to address security risks, misuse, legal obligations, or non-payment where applicable.

You may stop using NANIO at any time. Account closure, data export, and workspace wind-down may be handled according to your workspace settings and any applicable commercial terms.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination may continue to apply after access ends.

Disclaimers

The NANIO website and platform are provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

NANIO does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.

You are responsible for evaluating whether NANIO outputs and recommendations are appropriate for your use case.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NANIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or platform.

Any liability limits, exclusions, or remedies that apply to your use of NANIO may also be set out in a separate agreement or order form that applies to your organization.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify NANIO against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your workspace content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

Dispute resolution terms that apply to your use of NANIO may be specified in a separate agreement or order form that applies to your organization.

If no separate agreement applies, NANIO will handle disputes in accordance with applicable law and reasonable commercial practices.

Changes to these terms

NANIO may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, platform, legal requirements, or business practices.

When these Terms change, NANIO will update the last updated date shown on this page.

Continued use of the website or platform after updated Terms are posted may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, unless a separate acceptance process applies to your workspace.
